WE DEFEND ALL TYPES OF TRAFFIC TICKETS
DRIVER LICENSE SERVICE CENTERS
If you were issued a traffic citation by a law enforcement officer, you should hire an experienced criminal defense attorney to handle your case. The ticket could be for a criminal or civil traffic infraction. A conviction can effect the status of your driver license.
A civil traffic infraction is a noncriminal violation that is not punishable by incarceration and for which there is no right to a trial by jury and no right to court-appointed counsel. See Florida Traffic Court Rule 6.040 Definitions.

POINT SUSPENSIONS
For more information see Florida Statute 322.27 Authority of department to suspend or revoke driver license
The Department of Motor Vehicles is authorized to suspend the license of any person who has accumulated 12 or more points
within one year. Points are calculated by the date you received the ticket.
In Florida, you can elect traffic school once per 12 month period, but only five times in your life. Election of traffic school will keep points off your driver record, but you still have to pay the cost of the infraction which will also still appear on your driver record.
We may be able to help you avoid traffic school, keep points off your driver record, and get the citation dismissed.
